Rodnie Watanikam - Chairman
Rodnie Watanikam – Show Chairman & CEO, Lyumbain Foundation
Rodnie brings over 15 years of experience in cultural management, community development, and organizational leadership. As Chairman and CEO of Lyumbain Foundation, he is dedicated to preserving and promoting Enga’s rich traditions through innovative programs, cultural festivals, and community initiatives. Under his visionary guidance, the Foundation empowers local communities to celebrate their identity, share their stories, and pass on cultural knowledge to future generations. Rodnie ensures that every project and event not only honors tradition but also fosters unity, pride, and sustainable cultural development across Enga.
Rex Tau – Treasurer
Rex Tau – Treasurer & Chairman, Lyumbain Foundation
Rex is passionate about engaging with the community and building strong partnerships that celebrate cultural diversity and foster mutual understanding. As Treasurer and Chairman of Lyumbain Foundation, he oversees the responsible management of resources while guiding initiatives that preserve Enga’s cultural heritage, promote community development, and support inclusive programs benefiting all members of the community.John David - Secretary

Tarakali Tangui – Events Registration Officer
With a natural talent for organisation, Tarakali manages all event registrations and ensures every activity runs smoothly while honouring the richness of our cultural heritage.

Alex Yapipa - Events Security Coordinator
Alex oversees all aspects of event security, from planning and risk assessment to on-the-ground management during the celebrations. He ensures a safe, organized, and secure environment for participants, performers, and visitors, while maintaining the respect, dignity, and integrity of Enga’s cultural traditions. His vigilance and coordination allow events to run smoothly, creating a safe space for everyone to enjoy the festivities.

Henry Rau - Events Activity Coordinator
Henry leads the planning, organisation, and execution of all event activities, from cultural performances to interactive workshops. He ensures every program flows seamlessly, engaging participants while showcasing the vibrant traditions and heritage of Enga. With meticulous attention to detail, Henry brings each activity to life, creating memorable experiences for all attendees.

Miukin Waip - Participants Accommondation Coordinator
Miukin manages all aspects of accommodation for event participants, ensuring comfortable and well-organized lodging throughout the celebrations. From coordinating bookings to overseeing check-ins and special needs, Miukin ensures every guest feels welcome and cared for, allowing them to fully enjoy the cultural events in a safe and supportive environment.

Luwing Warai - Events Logistics Coordinator
Luwing manages all logistical operations for the events, including transportation, equipment setup, and on-site coordination. He ensures that every detail is in place so that programs run smoothly, supporting a seamless and enjoyable experience for participants, performers, and visitors while honoring the cultural heritage of Enga.
